Demetrio Bauzon

is graduated in Economics at the University of Trieste and has an  MBA in MIB School of Management. After a first experience in a regional bank as responsible for relations with national and international institutional bodies (Simest, Finest, MCC, IFC, World Bank, EBRD, SACE, Hermes), he has been CEO of a financial company, focused on export financing, sindicated loans, NPL’s and on consulting in international finance, venture capital and private equity. Since 2000 he has been the italian representative of NLB InterFinanz Ag Zurich, Forfaiting company of NLB Bank Group Slovenia. Demetrio has strong experiace in Trade and Export Financing operations in countries of the former Yugoslavia ,  former Soviet Union,  Czech Republic and Turkey. Over the years, he has been also, for different periods,  board member of various companies and banks and involved in different development projects, as structuring the NPL’s department of  local bank. Demetrio joined TFA SA in December 2014.
